1. What VigRiot is

VigRiot is an odds-comparison and analytics tool. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and do not hold your funds. All bets are placed with third-party sportsbooks or exchanges under their own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older (or the legal betting age where you live) and may only use VigRiot where sports betting is legal for you.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for every bet you place, your accounts, and any API keys you connect. Prices can change or be suspended at any moment; always check the sportsbook's confirmation.

4. No guarantees

Odds, stats and schedules come from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong. VigRiot is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for losses, missed bets, or errors in data or bet placement.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to violate any sportsbook's rules or the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use VigRiot means you accept the latest version.
